1. The "Alias" Rule (Protecting PHI)
Work Social is designed for non-identifiable drafting.
The Policy
We strongly advise all users to use Aliases or Initials (e.g., "Client TS" instead of "Tony Soprano") in your Roster and notes.
The Tech
Our integrated Privacy Shield (Google DLP) scans your notes in real-time. If you accidentally type a name, phone number, or SSN, our system is designed to flag and redact it before it ever hits a server.
2. Where Does the Note Go?
When you use our Note Builders (SOAP, DAP, Intake), you are in the "Drafting Room."
Local Storage
Your drafts are stored locally on your device.
The "Copy & Clear" Logic
Once you hit "Copy to Clipboard" to paste your note into your agency's official EMR, Work Social does not retain a permanent, identifiable clinical record unless you explicitly save it to your personal "Practice Archive."
3. Chad AI & Your Data
When you ask Chad to help you rephrase a note or brainstorm a grant:
No Training on Your Data
We do not use your private clinical drafts to train our AI models.
Anonymized Processing
Any data sent to the AI is stripped of identifiers first. Chad sees the "Clinical Logic," not the person.
4. No Selling, No Creeping
We are social workers, not data brokers.
